  • Mark, delighted to meet you. Having been a student of Buddhism for about 18 years, I learned of Integral through the Hollow Bones lineage, and have dived into it. What a miraculous and consistent map that brings so much insight. It will be great to have another Integralist on board - look forward to sitting with you.

  • This thing is limiting me to 500 characters. Here is a sentence that I omitted: The best consumer book available is "The Happiness Trap". The Positivity book available is called "Positivity", it is by Fredrickson.

  • Hi Mark,
Thanks so much for the note. All is well here. I have been following the activity of your group. In fact, I was thinking about suggesting the Seaside Church. I am working on a project to integrate ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Positivity into a program to assist people in making health behavior changes. ACT is a fabulous way to teach values-based awareness in a very nonthreatening manner.

    Thanks for keeping in touch!

    Best,

    Richard

  • Hi Mark, that was a great meeting. I was thinking that one way the workshop could be structured is have four sessions or four activities in the workshop that demonstrate the four quadrants. Each of the preparation meetings could be trying out what we would do demonstrate each of those quadrants. This would obviously lend itself into a lively discussion with results that would carry into a structured workshop. I hope I am being clear.

  • Hi Mark,
I have a friend who wants to join the meet up. David Lavac, [masked]. Please add him to the meet up list.
    Al

so, Please add Paul Pinegar, [masked].

Thanks for your thoughtful write up of our group meeting. I look forward to future group meetings.

It would be helpful for me to be able to have emails for each member of the group. Is there a way we can share emails without going onto meet up?
